Whatever Your Story, You’re Welcome Here
Visiting a new place can feel intimidating. You might wonder where to go, what to expect, where to park or if you should bring the kids. We’re here to help make it easy for you to visit us! This page will get you started or click the button below to let us know you’re coming and we’ll be in touch to help you plan your visit.
We’re an inclusive, welcoming church – no matter your background we believe God’s doors should be open to all. You’ll be accepted as you are and welcomed by our community. We value courage, joy, positivity, integrity, compassion and inclusivity.
Church for All Ages
Should I bring the kids? Yes! We welcome all ages and have extensive programming for kids and families. Nursery care is available for 0-2, but if you’d like to keep your infant with you during worship, that’s fine, too. We also offer preschool (3-5 years) through high school programs. Beyond Sunday programming, we offer youth groups, service trips and more.

Check Out Our Services
We know that not everyone wants to worship in the same way. That’s why we offer a variety of services to meet your preference and needs.
Our 9 a.m. service offers meaningful prayer and reflection in an informal coffee house vibe with round tables, freshly brewed coffee and live music.
Looking for communion? Join us in the Douglas Chapel for a 15-minute communion service from 9:30 – 9:45 a.m. After that you’re welcome to join us for the 10 a.m. service or move on into your day.
The 10 a.m. traditional service is held in our beautiful, traditional sanctuary. A traditional service with contemporary values and an open relationship with God. Over the course of an hour, you’ll enjoy prayer, music and inspirational messages. Not convenient to get to church? Hop on our online livestream.

Our Location and Parking
We’re centrally located in downtown Ann Arbor, just across from the U-M Diag at the corner of State and William Streets. There’s a small packing lot behind the church for those with mobility issues. There’s also a U-M surface lot near the church, accessible off Thompson Street. And there’s free parking on Sundays in the Maynard Street lot just a short walk away.
Please tell us a little more about yourself so we can connect you to the right resources. You’ll hear back from someone as soon as possible.
If your need is more urgent, please feel free to call the church office at 734.662.1679 and we’ll help you out.
