Publication - Promotional Requests and Design Needs
  • Please make sure you've allowed adequate time for the communication process to be accomplished, and that you've received proper approval from Council/Trustees/Minister prior to submitting a communication request. Deadline for all materials to be submitted (artwork, text, photos, etc.) is 2 weeks before first publication date.

    If you need flower/handbill/postcard etc. made, please complete Design Needs Section below. You may select as many methods of promotion as you'd like.
  • Design Needs

    If you require media be developed (graphics, postcards, handbills, flyers, etc.), please allow 4 weeks prior to first date of publication. Please know that some media can be developed in house, while other requests will be referred to PWB, our third party marketing firm.
